My practice specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, career, educational challenges, life Transitions (motherhood, career changes, divorce, etc. ) and issues related to cultural and gender expectations within society. I also provide EMDR therapy as an alternative to traditional talk therapy.
